Booking

Once everything looks fine, a deposit of 20% is made to confirm your booking date.

Initial Call

Understand your needs and see if we are a fit for each other. Provide photography estimate for coverage of your special day.

In-Person Meet (for weddings)

It is important to meet in person to get acquainted before the actual day as well as to discuss plans & details.

Final Discussion (few days before)

Discuss one last time over a phone or video call to summarize plans and learn of any changes.

Deliverables

This is where the hard work begins on our side to curate, edit and finalize all deliverables to you to cherish for lifelong. Also, any pending balance is cleared prior to the delivery of digitals.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to see our pictures?

The standard turnaround for image gallery is about two weeks. The video highlight is delivered after another week, if included in your package. The timing could vary during peak season.

How far in advance should we book our date?

Couples typically book about 3 to 4 months before their wedding date. Feel free to check availability even if it's a shorter time period.

Do you travel away and/or charge travel fees?

At this time, we're serving northern New Jersey. Travel fees may be assessed on longer commuting times or driving distances.

Do you offer video services?

Yes, general videography is available to capture main pieces such as ceremony, cake cutting, speeches, dance, etc. You may also opt for a short 3-5 minutes of highlight video.

Will all of our images be edited?

Yes, all good images are reviewed and edited for color, orientation, exposure, and other factors to ensure they look nice. Duplicate images or low quality or test shots are excluded.

Do you work with other photographers?

If the client requires more than one photographer for their wedding day or an event, then most certainly.

Do you have business insurance?

Yes, full coverage.

What is your refund policy on the deposit?

Deposit is refundable if AGD Photography cannot keep your date. Otherwise, the deposit is used towards a future event if the current planned event is cancelled.
